Children aren't the only one's that have to get back into the Back to School Routine, parents do too. All summer I was sleeping till ten and going to bed late, and my girls were too. Our routine was way off.
When August starts I like to make sure that we all get back into the mindset of going to sleep and getting up at the same time everyday and even on weekends. When the girls go back to school I shop for lunch and dinner options once a week, and I make sure that all of the laundry and clothes are ready for the week too. Some weeks I am not so good at following through on that, but I really try, because doing those things really makes things so much easier throughout the week and getting to school much less stressful.
My daughters are young and just in preschool now, so they aren't yet signed up for sports and such, but my older daughter is now taking some enrichment classes after school and we also have play dates and appointments that take up many afternoons. Most evenings I am just too tired to even think about preparing a huge dinner and I know many parents feel the same way.

They would also be perfect for lunch, as well. I used the Pillsbury Grands! Homestyle Butter Tastin' Biscuits to make this recipe.
and as you can see my girls loved these tasty Grilled Cheese Sandwiches too!
